STRESS

You can help prevent stress in your life by saying NO.  Practice saying NO and Say Yes only when its to something important to you.  When you set a goal, make sure it is doable. Do not set an impossible goal.

Plan ahead. If it is a situation that is stressful for you, plan how to handle it or how to work around it.   And get support – – reach out to people who understand your stress and can help you feel better.

When you do feel stress- take a little 10 minute time out.  Breath full deep breaths for a count of five then let go of the breath slowly.

Here’s to less stress – and understanding how best to manage it.
