Say “No” to Negative Thoughts

Negativity can affect your health.  Everyone has negative thoughts at times.

Negative thoughts can lead you to overeat or be inactive. A vicious cycle of self-defeat can result.

Understanding how you can stop a negative thought can help.

Learn to recognize when you start to feel consumed by a negative thought.  Catch yourself and think about how you have control of that negative thought and the stress that comes with it.
